What is HomeBuyerSEO?

HomeBuyerSEO, LLC is selling an option or assigning an interest in a contract and does not represent, warrant or claim to be the owner of or currently possess legal title to any of the properties we market for sale. Is there an EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) required? How much is it?

Fees and EMD will vary depending on the transaction. Generally, the buyer is responsible for all closing costs and fees. This includes buyer and seller escrow fees, assignment fees, and any other applicable costs and fees. Earnest money is deposit is non-refundable, it will only be refunded to the Buyer in case the Seller cannot provide clear title to the Property. Property is being sold as-is, cash or hard money buyers only, buyer pays standard closing costs. Buyer to inspect the property and perform all due diligence.

How much are closing costs typically?

Fees and EMD will vary depending on the transaction. Generally, the buyer is responsible for all closing costs and fees. Consult with your dispositions representative to get a more exact estimate on the closing costs (could be anywhere from 1% to 5% of the total Purchase Price). How long is your closing process?

Once the agreement is executed and the non-refundable deposit is received by the title company, the goal is to close as soon as possible. Majority of the properties on the Max Offer Marketplace have titles open and are ready to close. On average the Buyer will have 10 business days in order to close on the Property.
